# 登录问题

> 解决认证和登录问题

解决登录 SoloEnt 时的常见问题。

## 浏览器没有打开

**问题：** 启动 SoloEnt 时登录页面没有出现。

**解决方案：**

* 检查浏览器窗口是否在后台打开（检查任务栏/Dock）
* 在 SoloEnt 窗口中查找登录 URL 并手动复制
* 如果没有配置默认浏览器，请设置一个
* 重启 SoloEnt 并重试

## 认证失败

**问题：** 无法完成登录流程或凭据被拒绝。

**解决方案：**

* 验证你的 Google 或 Microsoft 账户凭据
* 尝试其他登录方式（在 Google 和 Microsoft 之间切换）
* 检查你的网络连接
* 登录时暂时禁用 VPN
* 清除浏览器缓存和 Cookie
* 尝试使用不同的浏览器

## 无法返回应用

**问题：** 登录成功后，无法返回 SoloEnt。

**解决方案：**

* 确保 SoloEnt 仍在后台运行
* 在浏览器设置中允许浏览器打开外部应用程序
* 从任务栏/Dock 手动切换到 SoloEnt
* 重启 SoloEnt 并重新完成登录

## 登录页面循环

**问题：** 不断重复重定向到登录页面。

**解决方案：**

* 清除 soloent.ai 的浏览器 Cookie
* 尝试无痕/隐私浏览模式
* 检查系统日期和时间是否正确
* 如果问题持续，请联系支持
